How to make French pancakes (crepes)

1. Mix the eggs and flour (I put about half a cup of flour, I don’t have a measuring tool at home, so I used an appropriate amount) together

2. Pour in half a cup of soy milk and stir together

3. Add some oil (about half a tablespoon or less. Salt and sugar)

4. Keep stirring! ! About 15 minutes

5. Finally, filter the batter (so that no particles will be left)

6. After filtering, put the batter in the refrigerator for 1 hour (the purpose is to make all the materials blend better)

7. Pour a little oil into the pot. I use a paper towel to wipe the bottom of the pot to help absorb excess oil.

8. Pour a spoonful of batter and start frying

9. Wash and cut your favorite fruits, add your favorite ice cream :) Then wrap the ingredients into the pancakes! That’s it!

10. Finished product! ! !
