8. Cover the lid and allow for secondary fermentation. After about twenty minutes, start steaming over high heat and then turn off the heat after twenty minutes.

9. After turning off the heat, simmer for 1 minute and then open the lid and serve.

10. Put the buns on a plate and eat them after they cool down.

11. Look at this bun, it’s delicious, soft and tender.
