Ingredients: 4 large green peppers, 200 grams of pork tenderloin, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 grams of cooking wine, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of dark soy sauce, 5 grams of dry starch, 15 grams of water, 5 grams of sesame oil, 3 grams of salt, 6 grams of sugar, and appropriate amount of water starch. practice

1. Cut the green pepper horizontally, remove the core, and cut into shreds; cut the tenderloin into shreds along the grain. 2. Put the chopped pork into a bowl, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar (half of the total amount), and cooking wine, mix well with your hands and marinate for 15 minutes. 3. When the shredded pork is about 80% cooked, add the fried shredded green pepper and stir-fry evenly. 7. Add salt and sugar (the remaining half) and stir well, then pour in water starch to thicken, stir well and serve.

Ingredients: 150 grams of lean pork, 2 green peppers, ginger, water starch, water, salt, cooking wine, oil, salt, sugar, and soy sauce in appropriate amounts. Method: 1.
