How to make beetroot buns

I believe that many people like beetroot buns in life. The steps in the cooking process seem simple, but every detail should be taken seriously. You can add fresh orange peel, appropriate amount of brown sugar, and ginger. It is also a recipe that can relieve diseases. Friends can try it in the kitchen themselves!

1. First prepare the ingredients, beetroot and flour.

2. Peel and wash the beetroot.

3. Use a grater to shred the peeled beetroot and squeeze out the juice (you can also use a juicer); add yeast powder to the beetroot juice and stir until the yeast powder melts.

4. Add appropriate amount of white sugar to the flour, pour in beetroot juice, knead into a smooth dough, and place it in a warm place to ferment.

5. Divide the fermented dough into two equal parts. After kneading out the gas, divide each part into five even small doughs.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape and overlap it.

7. Press in the middle with chopsticks.

8. Start rolling up from the top.

9. After rolling, cut it into two equal parts.

10. Slightly shape it into a flower shape.

11. Place the dumplings on the steaming plate one by one and steam them after the second fermentation for twenty minutes.

12. Turn off the heat after steaming for 20 minutes and wait for five minutes before boiling. The color changed after steaming, but it’s still beautiful!

13. Finished product picture. It’s not as beautiful after steaming as before, but it tastes sweet and refreshing.

Going out to eat for convenience is not a long-term solution. It is necessary to learn some simple recipes yourself. Beetroot steamed buns are easy to make and worth a try.
