How to make carrot and mutton dumplings

High work pressure is a problem that many people have to deal with nowadays. After a day, the whole person is basically very tired. It is not realistic to spend time preparing a sumptuous dinner. At this time, you might as well consider some simple dishes. For example, dumplings stuffed with carrots and lamb are simple to make, which can meet health needs and does not take too much time.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Chop the carrots and mutton

3. Marinate the meat with cooking wine, olive oil and minced ginger.

4. Stir-fry the carrots with oil and let cool.

5. Mix the fried carrots, mutton filling, chopped green onions, peppercorns, and salt together (I mixed them directly in the pot)

6. Put the filling in the container

7. The dumpling skins are bought in advance. Put the mixed meat filling into the dumpling skins, fold them in half and pinch them tightly or wrap them with a dumpling maker.

8. This is the packaged part

9. Add a little salt to the water and cook the dumplings in. Use a spoon to gently push them to prevent them from sticking to the pot, until all the dumplings float up. Add cold water two or three times during the process and push with a spoon.

10. Start eating
