1.5 eggs are separated and placed in clean, water-free and oil-free containers.

2. Pour 30 grams of sugar, salad oil, milk, whiskey and salt together and mix well with a hand whisk.

3. Mix flour and baking powder and set aside

4. Beat the egg yolk, pour into 2, mix well

5.Sieve 3 twice and add it to 4 three times, stirring evenly each time before adding the next one. The egg yolk paste is ready

6. Add tartar powder to egg whites, add 70 grams of sugar in three times, and beat until dry foam.

7. Pour 1/3 of the whipped egg white paste into the pre-mixed egg yolk paste and stir evenly with a spatula.

8. Pour the mixed paste back into the remaining 2/3 of the egg white paste

9. Use a spatula to gently cut up and down to mix evenly. Do not make circles to avoid the batter from forming gluten.

10.Finally, pour the batter into a removable bottom cake mould. Use both hands to shake it a few times to make the batter smooth

11. Place the cake mold in a preheated oven (preheat at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, you can preheat while beating the egg whites), place the baking tray on the second to last layer of the oven, then place the cake mold on it, and bake at 150 degrees for 55 minutes. Immediately turn it upside down after it comes out of the oven, and remove it from the mold after it cools down (30 minutes)
