1. Put white flour, buckwheat flour and yeast powder in a bowl

2. Add water in batches and stir until it becomes flocculent. Knead it into a relatively smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place to ferment.

3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes

9. Cut the dough into equal sizes

11. Put the potato balls into the dough, roll them inwards, close the top downwards, and ferment for another 20 minutes.

12. Put the pot on the stove with cold water, boil the water and steam for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat and open the lid after 3 minutes.

13. Serve
