How to make wheat germ flower steamed buns

1. The ingredients are very simple. It is best not to use water to replace milk, as half of the nutrients will be lost.

2. First heat the milk to about 40 degrees, warm to the touch but not hot, then pour in the yeast and let it stand for 5 minutes.

3. Add flour and wheat germ to milk and knead the dough.

4. Knead into a smooth dough.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature until it is 1.5 times larger, and you should be able to make a hole in it without it shrinking.

6. Divide the dough into small doughs of about 20 grams each and roll them out thinly like dumpling wrappers.

7. Stack five sheets together and use the back of a knife to press hard to make a mark, but do not cut through them.

8. Roll it up from top to bottom, then cut it in the middle, and the rose shape is ready.

9. Place a wolfberry in the middle of each flower as a garnish, put it into the steamer (without turning on the fire), and continue to let it rise for 20 minutes.

10. Then steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Do not open the lid immediately. Let it simmer in the pot for 3-5 minutes. The healthy, delicious and good-looking steamed buns are ready!
