How to make Q sausage bread

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket, put milk, sugar, salt, oil at the bottom, put flour on top of the liquid, put yeast on top of the flour, knead the dough in the bread machine for 50 minutes, and ferment until it doubles in size.

2. Take out the fermented dough and divide it into 20 doughs of about 30 grams. Place the sausage at room temperature in advance and wipe off the moisture.

3. Roll the dough into a round shape, flatten it and roll it into long strips. Add the Q sausage and roll it up. When rolling, stretch the noodles.

4. Put the rolled bread into the baking pan

5. Arrange neatly and put into the oven (or cover tightly) for secondary fermentation until it doubles in size.

6. Take out the egg wash, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds, and put it in the oven.

7. Bake at 140 degrees for 25 minutes. My oven temperature should be higher. Another oven needs 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
