How to make beans and lamb dumplings

Repeating the nine-to-five life every day, I have no energy to cook after get off work. The method of making bean and lamb dumplings is relatively simple. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the pot to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy of delicious food immediately.

1. Add the mutton filling and seasonings, mix well, add appropriate amount of seasoning water and stir in one direction until it is strong and set aside

2. Remove the tendons from the beans, wash them and steam them in a steamer over high heat for 10 minutes.

3. Steam and let air dry, then chop

4. Chopped beans are free of moisture

5. Add mutton filling and a little sesame oil and mix well

6. Use warm water and adjust the dumpling flour to the appropriate hardness. Cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

7. Pinch the dough into small pieces, squeeze them into dumpling wrappers, and wrap the fillings.

8. Put clean water in the pot and boil it.

9. When cooked, remove from the water and serve with garlic and vinegar sauce
