How to make corn oatmeal steamed buns

1. Prepare flour, cornmeal, and oatmeal, and put them all in a bowl. Cornmeal should be one-fourth of ordinary flour, and oatmeal should be an appropriate amount.

2. Dissolve the yeast in 35-degree warm water and pour it into the flour.

3. Mix the cornmeal and white flour, then add water and stir with chopsticks until the flour becomes flocculent.

4. Knead the dough with your hands, wrap it with plastic wrap and let it ferment.

5. Split the dough, it will be honeycomb-shaped, and the fermentation is complete.

6. Use your hands to expel the air from the dough and knead it smooth.

7. Divide the dough into several small doughs

8. Take a ball and knead it twice with your hands until it looks like the picture.

9. Pinch both sides of the dough towards the middle

10. Finally, place it on the panel and adjust the shape with your hands. Then a steamed bun is ready.

11. After everything is done, steam it for 20 minutes
