What skills do you need to master in order to make a happy steamed bun with good taste, great color and fast production? Don’t be afraid. 1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it, cut it into small pieces and steam it in a steamer.

2. Mash the steamed pumpkin and add honey

3. Pour the flour into a bowl, add yeast and mix well. Then add the pumpkin puree and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough ferment to about twice its size according to the temperature in different regions.
