1. Salt can increase the boiling point of water, and white vinegar can accelerate the coagulation of protein.

2. Take a deeper pot, put more water to boil, and add salt.

3. Add white vinegar.

4. Use a hand spoon to stir the boiling water quickly in a clockwise direction to form a whirlpool.

5. Pour the eggs into the pot close to the water surface and let them sink naturally.

6. Turn off the heat immediately and cover the pot.

7. Let the eggs simmer in the water for two minutes.

8. Take out the eggs, rinse off the white vinegar remaining on the surface of the eggs with drinking water and trim off the rough edges. The beautiful poached eggs are ready.
