How to make spicy cabbage and meat dumplings

7. Stir well, then add cooking oil, 13 spices, chicken essence and a little bit of Vinda. Mix well

9. Flatten the dough below.

10. Roll out the dough to make dumpling wrappers that are thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

13. Bring the water to a boil, add the dumplings, turn to medium heat and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the dumplings are plump and cooked.

14. Use a colander to remove the dumplings and drain the water. Place them on a plate, pour some balsamic vinegar, and start eating!
