1. Take out the quick-frozen cod and thaw it at room temperature in advance

2.1 The amount of potatoes depends on their size and the appetite of the person eating. Wash the potatoes and cook them with the skin on for about 20 minutes. Use a chopstick to poke it. If you can easily penetrate it, it is cooked.

3.2 Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper and marinate for a while

4.1 Add appropriate amount of milk and adjust the mashed potatoes to the desired consistency, but it is generally not as soft as KFC's. Add salt and black pepper according to taste

5.2 After peeling, add butter while hot and mash into mud

6. While the potatoes are cooking, remove the outer leaves and roots of the mini cabbages, wash them and cut them in half

7. Prepare another small pot of light salt water, bring it to a boil, boil the mini cabbage for half a minute, remove and drain

8. Dry the marinated cod with kitchen paper

9. Heat the pan over high heat until smoking, pour in oil and immediately put the fish in. Keep frying over high heat for half a minute, then turn to the lowest heat and fry for 3 minutes, then switch to the highest heat and fry for half a minute. Then you can turn it over and fry it in the same way until it is fully cooked. The fish fried in this way will be fully cooked without falling apart.
