How to make carrot and pork dumplings

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, carrot and pork dumplings are easy to make. It only takes a little time to complete. You might as well give it a try.

1. Peel the carrots, grate them into shreds and then chop them into fine pieces. Soak the fungus in advance, blanch it in water, let it cool and then chop it into fine pieces. Soak the dried shrimps in advance and rinse them.

2. Chop the pork into stuffing, add chopped green onion and ginger, salt, five-spice powder, pepper, light soy sauce, and sesame oil, and stir evenly in one direction.

3. Add chopped carrots, chopped black fungus and dried shrimps into the meat filling and mix well.

4. Pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil and mix well

6. Mix 500 grams of flour and 300 grams of water to make the dumpling dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then knead it for a while. If you have enough time, it will be better to let the dough rest for a while longer.

7. Roll a piece of dough into long strips and cut into small pieces

10. Put the filling on the dumpling skin

11. Fold in half and pinch it with both hands as shown in the picture.
