How to make Good Luck Rolling Bread

How to make Good Luck Rolling Bread

In today's society, many children have very poor hands-on ability. In order to let children learn to make good luck bread, parents must teach them step by step. This is a very popular food, healthy and nutritious, and if you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator. You must master the skills when making this food, and the fermentation process is essential.

1. Prepare all the ingredients, beat the eggs evenly and set aside, mix the high flour and low flour together

2. Put milk, egg liquid (leave a little for coloring), sugar and salt into the dough bucket, sift in flour, pour yeast powder on one side of the flour, and start the dough kneading process for 30 minutes.

3. Soften 30 grams of butter at room temperature and cut into small pieces. Continue to soften the remaining 20 grams of butter.

4. After the dough kneading process is completed, pour in the chopped butter and start the dough kneading process again for 30 minutes. Cover the lid and let it ferment for 2 to 3 times the size.

5. This is the fermented dough. Start the dough kneading program again to exhaust the dough. It will take 3 minutes.

6. Place the deflated dough on a silicone mat and let it relax for a while.

7. Roll the dough into a trapezoidal sheet with a rolling pin and brush it with the remaining butter. Finally, use a little bit of butter to brush an 8-inch round mold, brushing the bottom and inner wall of the mold.

8. Let the buttered dough relax for a while and cut it into 13 long triangles.

9. Roll each one up from the larger side, and then place it on the silicone mat to make it into a cone shape. (This step makes your hands greasy, so I ignored it when taking photos. If you still don’t understand what I said, please leave me a message.) Roll it up and place it in the mold as shown in the picture, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise to twice its size.

10. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Brush the second-proof Good Luck Rolling Bread with egg liquid and place it on a baking tray in the lower layer of the oven for 16 minutes.

11. The bread of Memeida’s good luck is out of the oven! The ovens at home have different temperaments, so the time may be increased or decreased by 2 minutes. Please pay attention to it.

12. Wait until the bread has cooled down and is no longer hot to the touch before removing it from the mold!

Nowadays, many foods have pesticide residues, and restaurant staff may not remove them completely. The method of making Good Luck Bread is simple, and you can clean it thoroughly if you make it yourself.
