How to make pork ribs and multigrain mushroom soup

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Put the ribs into boiling water and cook for about three minutes

3. Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and chop the garlic

4. Wash the ribs and put them into the stew pot

5. Add onion and ginger

6. Add appropriate amount of warm water, cover and boil over high heat for a while, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes

7. Cut the corn into small pieces, cut the lotus root into cubes, and slice the king oyster mushroom and coprinus comatus.

8. Steam the peppers in a steamer until cooked

9. After the steamed peppers are cooled, chop them or pound them into pepper paste

10. Put it in a clean bowl

11. Add lotus root and cook for about 20 minutes

12. Add garlic and chopped green onion to the pepper

13. Pour a little oil into the pan and cook until it starts to smoke.

14. Pour the cooked oil over the peppers

15. Add pepper oil, sesame oil, Sichuan pepper oil, vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence and mix well.

16. Put corn and two kinds of mushrooms into the soup pot and cook for about 15 minutes.

17. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt and corn soup and cook for three minutes.
