How to make rose peanut dumplings

1. Put raw peanuts in the pot and stir-fry over low heat.

2. Wait until the peanut skin turns dark red and can be removed with a light pinch.

3. When the fried peanuts are cool, remove the skin.

4. Put the peanuts and sugar into a blender and grind them into powder.

5. Gently rub all the ground peanut powder with your hands and let it dry.

6. Prepare the roses and set aside.

7. Chop the rose into fine pieces and set aside.

8. Chop the black hair into small pieces and set aside.

9. Add the chopped rose petals and green silk into the peanut powder.

10. Mix peanut powder, rose flower powder and black silk powder.

11. Add liquefied lard.

12. Add appropriate amount of olive oil.

13.Mix the oil and various powders.

14. Use a rice spoon to flatten the filling.

15. Cover with plastic wrap.

16. Put the water-ground glutinous rice flour in a bowl.

17. Slowly pour in clean water and stir with chopsticks.

18.Until all the powder is clumped.

19. Use your hands to knead the clumping glutinous rice flour into a smooth dough.

20. Cover with plastic wrap and sugar for 10 minutes.

21. Roll the dough into long strips and divide it into 13 portions.

22. Take a portion and flatten it in your hand, and knead the dough into a thin layer with your hands.

23. Add appropriate amount of fillings.

24. Use the base of your hand to close the wound.

25. Then slowly knead it into a ball. If it feels too dry, add a little water.

26. Line the fresh-keeping box with baking paper and place the prepared glutinous rice balls inside, leaving a certain distance in between.

27. Put the lid on the storage box and freeze it in the refrigerator.

28. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the prepared glutinous rice balls and push them with a spoon to prevent them from sticking to the pot.

29. Cook over high heat until the dumplings float up, then turn to low heat, cover and continue cooking. Add some cold water when the water starts to boil, about three times.

30. Cook until the dumplings become bigger and soft.
