1. Ingredients for taro toast rolls.

2. Peel the taro, wash it and cut it into thin slices.

3. Steam in a steamer.

6.Cut off the edges of the toast.

7. Flatten one end of each slice of toast.

8.Mix black and white sesame seeds together.

10. Add fine sugar, glutinous rice flour and olive oil and mix well.

11. Mix the taro paste.

13. Roll up the thin side, spread the batter on the toast and press it tightly.

14. All rolled up taro toast rolls.

15. Dip both the head and tail of the dish in egg liquid.

16. Add appropriate amount of black and white sesame seeds.

17. Put it into the oil which is heated to 60-70% and fry until it turns slightly yellow. (You need to turn it over several times to make it evenly colored and crispy)

18. Place on a rack to drain off the oil.

19. The taro toast rolls are ready and are ready to serve.

20. Cut it open and let the taro paste drip inside.

21. Sweet and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
