Bacon lettuce egg roll recipe

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and you’re done. The recipe for bacon, lettuce and egg rolls is that simple.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients

2. Beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of flour and salt

3. Mix the eggs and flour thoroughly into a paste

4. Wash the lettuce and set aside

5. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in egg liquid and spread into a round shape

6. Wait for the omelette to solidify slightly, turn it over and fry for 20 seconds before serving.

7. Put the fried omelette on a plate for later use

8. Heat the pan and add bacon

9. Fry both sides on low heat until cooked.

10. Put the washed lettuce and fried bacon in the middle of the fried omelet

11. Roll the cake into a tube and cut it in the middle.
