The most common way to make rice dumplings

Because of the north-south dispute, it is better to choose the ingredients you are most familiar with and make sweet rice dumplings with candied dates.

Prepare all the ingredients in advance. If it is a sweet rice dumpling, candied dates, candied fruit, dried plums, etc. are all good choices.

Wash the fresh reed leaves and boil them in boiling water for 15 minutes to remove some oxalic acid. Soak the glutinous rice for one hour in advance.
