How to make honey barbecued pork (oven version)

1. Wash the lean pork.

2. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, barbecue sauce and minced garlic and marinate.

3. Use a toothpick to poke small holes all over the meat and put it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours to allow the seasoning to fully penetrate the meat.

4. Take it out of the refrigerator, remove the garlic stuck on the meat, and place it in a baking tray.
