Bacon and Tomato Pasta Recipe

1. Prepare the materials.

2. After the water boils, put the noodles in and add salt to the water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

4. When the oil is 40% hot, add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the bacon and stir-fry. Add sugar. Try to add it to the pan when the oil temperature is not high, so that the bacon will be very tender.

5. Add appropriate amount of tomato sauce according to personal preference. Stir-fry together, add a little water and stir-fry for a while longer.

6.Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.

7. Put the noodles directly into the pan and stir-fry so that the sauce is evenly mixed on the noodles.

8. Because my daughter doesn’t eat pepper, I didn’t put it in. Just serve.
