How to make mushroom and meat dumplings?

It is a very common practice to make dumplings with shiitake mushrooms and pork. The reason why dumplings are popular is that you can mix the fillings yourself. Dumplings with shiitake mushroom and pork fillings are very common. To make dumplings, you need good dumpling skin, which must be tough enough, otherwise it will easily break.

Material

Minced meat, shiitake mushrooms, dumpling wrappers, salt, sugar, chicken essence, pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, salad oil, chopped green onion and ginger.

1. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, pepper, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and salad oil to the pork filling and mix well.

2. Blanch the mushrooms, drain and chop, then squeeze out the water.

3. Chop the scallion and ginger, mix them into the pork filling together with the mushrooms, stir in one direction, then add a little water in batches and stir to make it firm.

4. Take a dumpling wrapper and put a little stuffing.

5. Dip the edge of the dumpling skin in a little water and pinch it tightly.

6. Pour water into the pot. Add dumplings after the water boils.

7. Add cold water after boiling, which is called "a little boiling".

8. After it boils again, continue to boil it, and add cold water three times in total.

9. After the last rolling, serve.

10. It tastes more delicious with some balsamic vinegar and chili.
