How to make cucumber, pork floss, tomato sauce and egg pancake

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. They want to fall asleep as soon as they get home after washing up. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this cucumber, pork floss, tomato sauce and egg pancake.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Take half a cucumber, wash it and shred it into thin strips.

3. Beat the eggs into the bowl containing flour.

4. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt.

5. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly into a paste without particles.

6. Add cucumber shreds.

7. Stir well.

8. Hot pan and cold oil. Swirl the pan to spread the oil evenly across the bottom of the pan.

9. Pour in an appropriate amount of batter and shake the pan until the batter is evenly spread.

10. Fry over medium-low heat until the batter on the surface is solidified and the other side is golden brown. Then use a spatula to gently scoop along the edge of the pan and turn it over.

11. Turn over and fry again. Can be repeated twice.

12. Fry until both sides are slightly browned, then remove from the pan and spread out on a chopping board.

13. Sprinkle with appropriate amount of meat floss.

14. Roll one side towards the middle.

15. Roll up again.

16. Cut into even sections.

17. Serve.

18. Spread tomato sauce evenly on the pancake. Doesn’t it look a bit like the bread you buy outside? A delicious breakfast pancake is ready. It goes great with milk or porridge!
