Grilled salmon with lemon and asparagus recipe

Whether you eat well or not is often directly related to your health. If we want to have a healthy body, we can't just go out to restaurants to eat on weekdays to kill time. The recipe of grilled salmon with lemon asparagus is simple. As long as you spend a little time to learn, you can soon make a delicious dish at home.

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray or bowl with tin foil, wash the asparagus, remove the old roots, and place about 10 asparagus on the tin foil.

2. Brush a layer of olive oil on the surface of the asparagus.

3. Sprinkle another layer of minced garlic.

4. Wash the salmon, cut into long pieces and place on the asparagus. Brush with a layer of olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.

5. Sprinkle with salt and crushed black pepper.

6. Place two slices of lemon and rosemary, squeeze some lemon juice on the salmon, and marinate for more than ten minutes.

7. Wrap all ingredients with tin foil. Place in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

8. Take out and cool, then open the tin foil and eat.
