7. Pour the squeezed chili oil into the bowl.

8. Put on disposable gloves and mix evenly.

9. Place on a plate.

Remember to control the heat when making the raw pepper mixed with double ears, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan and affect the color of the food, thus affecting everyone's appetite. Just add some chili and sour vinegar according to your personal taste.
