Lemon Salt Grilled Knife Fish Recipe

Only when we are healthy can we work better and enjoy all the good things in life. It is very frustrating if our health is damaged by improper diet. The recipe of grilled knife fish with lemon salt is simple and it contains many nutrients needed by the human body, which is very good for health.

1. First rinse the scales of the knife fish with water and remove them by gently rubbing them with your hands. Remove the fish guts and gills.

2. Make a few slanted cuts on the surface of the fish (I make them roughly and crosswise so that it will be more flavorful), spread salt evenly on it, gently massage it with your hands, also spread salt on the fish belly and stuff it with some crushed black pepper. Marinate for fifteen minutes.

3. Now shred some lemon peel. Grate the radish into thin strips, squeeze out some water and set aside. This is a way to learn how to eat Japanese salt-grilled saury, which can be omitted.

4. Place a piece of tin foil on the grill. Brush the tin foil with a thin layer of olive oil. Use kitchen paper to dry the marinated knife fish, apply some olive oil on it and place it on a baking tray. Sprinkle salt on the fish and stuff some lemon shreds into the fish belly to remove the fishy smell.

5. Place the baking net in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out the fish, turn it over, apply some more oil on it, and continue baking in the oven for 15 minutes. Cook until the skin of the knife fish turns golden brown.

6. Cut the lemon into thin slices and place them on a stone plate. Place the grilled fish on the lemon slices. Serve with grated radish on the side and pour lemon juice on top.

7. Squeeze lemon juice on the fish before eating.
