How to make candied fruit steamed cake

Candied Fruit Thousand Layer Steamed Pancake is a very lifelike home-cooked dish. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Ratio of dough raw materials: Dissolve 6 grams of yeast in 275 grams of warm water, and use your hands to make circles to fully stimulate the activity of the yeast.

2. Then weigh 500 grams of flour and 5 grams of baking powder, sieve and add into the melted yeast water.

3. Make circles with the flour, gently grab the dough, and then knead it into dough. Remember not to grab the dough forcefully at the beginning, as this will cause the yeast water and flour to blend unevenly and affect the activity of the yeast! Look at the way it is grabbed into dough

4. The dough is ready when the surface, hands and bowl are shiny. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 60 minutes.

5. After one hour, the dough has risen successfully. Cut it open and you will see that it has a dense honeycomb shape. This is a relatively successful state of rising.

6. Take out the dough and deflate it slightly, roll it into a thick long strip, flatten it with your hands, and use a rolling pin to help. Press down from the upper left corner first, and then from the upper right corner. This will make it easier to roll it into a rectangular dough sheet.

7. Roll out the dough to a width of about 12 cm and a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on it.

8. Next, we cut the hawthorn cake into cubes and add an appropriate amount of sugar. My baby has some orange jelly candy, so I also added it. You don’t have to add it.

9. Sprinkle the cut candied fruit evenly on the rolled dough, sprinkle a layer of sugar, and sprinkle a layer of dry flour on top. The purpose of sprinkling dry flour is to better separate the layers of the kielbasa.

10. Leave a few centimeters at the end to wrap the folded lasagna

11. In order to make the Thousand Layers more layers, we try to stretch the dough and start folding it.

12. After all the folds are completed, pull up and wrap them, twist the edges up and down, and use a rolling pin to roll them out to wrap the Thousand Layer.

13. After wrapping, push the four corners in with your thumb and index finger.

14. Use your hands to flatten the dough slightly and knead it gently with a rolling pin.

15. Grease the steamer with oil, cover the lasagna with a cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes.

16. After the water in the steamer is boiled, put the steamer in. Since the thousand-layer cake comes later, steam it for 30 minutes. The cake will be very delicious when it’s done!
