Sesame sauce beef pie recipe

The ingredients used in restaurants may not be healthy, after all, it costs more money. However, this is not the case with homemade dishes. We can choose some healthy and nutritious ingredients. The recipe of sesame paste beef pie is very simple, and it is a very common dish on many family tables.

1. When kneading the dough, gradually add water while stirring until a little dry powder is left (dry powder is about 1/5 of the flour). Knead into a smooth dough, cover with lid and let rise for 1 hour.

2. Add salt, chicken powder, pepper powder, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, and oil to the beef filling (seasoning can also be adjusted according to personal taste)

3. Add warm water to sesame paste until it becomes thick (it should be as thick as rice porridge)

4. Take out the saved dough and knead it for 1 minute, then roll it into a large dough sheet about | cm thick.

5. Brush with the prepared sesame paste (be sure to brush evenly and all over)

6. Roll up from one end of the dough into a long strip

7. Pinch both ends of the roll together to prevent the sesame paste from flowing out.

8. Use a knife to cut the dough into 6 even-sized pieces.

9. Stand the dough up and press it down from the cut made by the knife into a round shape.

10. Roll it into dumpling skin, but don’t roll it too thin.

13. Place the dough with the wrinkled side facing down on the chopping board and roll it into a medium-sized pancake (be careful not to expose the filling when rolling).

14. Brush a little oil on the baking tray, place the dough on it, brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle a little sesame seeds.

15. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, take out and turn over, and continue to bake for 12 minutes.

16. Finished product is out

Not having time to cook is a problem faced by many office workers. Learning simple cooking can solve this problem. The sesame paste beef pie dish only takes a dozen minutes to make. Just add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the color before serving.
