Fresh grilled chicken nuggets

Going out to restaurants to eat is a normal part of life for many families. 1. Wash the chicken, dry it with kitchen paper, apply salt and pepper evenly on both sides, and marinate for 15 minutes;

2. Heat the wok, put the chicken directly in without adding oil, and fry the skin side first;

3. When the chicken skin is fried golden, use the oil from the chicken skin to fry the other side;

4. Spray a layer of cooking oil on the baking tray;

5. Place the fried chicken pieces with the skin side facing up, top with the chopped onions, and sprinkle with pepper;

6. Bake in a 190 degree oven for 15 minutes;

7. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cilantro!
