Then turn off the oven and let the tin foil wrapped fish cool down naturally in the oven until the tin foil is no longer hot before taking it out. This will allow the fish to be more flavorful. 9. Serve the fish with the tin foil on the table. When eating, tear off the tin foil and sprinkle with a little coriander. It will taste better.
