Homemade cold chicken recipe

1. After the water boils, put the chicken in and cook for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside the chicken soup

2.1 Pour a bowl of chicken soup into the pot, add sweet bean curd (don’t use spicy bean curd at the end) and a little pepper, cover the pot and simmer for a while, about seven or eight minutes, pour the boiled bean curd juice (don’t use the bean curd grains) on the chicken

3.2 After the water boils, add the Gongcai. When the water is low, take out the Gongcai and cut it into small pieces. Put the Gongcai in a plate and cut the chicken into small pieces and put it on top.

4. Add chili oil (fresh chili oil is best for better flavor), MSG, salt, sugar, pepper powder, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
