Mango glutinous rice is a very common dish, and it is an irresistible delicacy for meat eaters. Eating more of this dish can increase the body's collagen and effectively supplement protein. 1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut half of the mango into pieces and blend the other half into jam.
