5. Put some wet gauze or oil on the steaming grid, and put the small steamed bread dough on the steaming grid, making sure to leave some space. (Because there is a secondary fermentation in the pot, it will continue to grow. If there is no gap, they will stick together. I put it too densely.) At this time, warm the water slightly, a little bit is enough, turn off the heat, cover the lid, and let it ferment again.
