How to make cheese and egg buns

The method of making cheese and egg buns is actually very simple, and it is not difficult even for a novice in cooking to learn it.

1. Prepare ingredients and weigh them. Cook the eggs and set aside.

2. Put salt under the bread machine barrel (to prevent contact with yeast and affect the fermentation of the dough)

3. Pour milk, sugar and low-gluten flour in turn.

4. Poke a hole in the middle of the flour and pour the pre-soaked yeast into it.

5. Put it in the bread machine, knead the dough for 30 minutes at program 6. When there is no dry flour in the paddle, add butter and continue kneading.

10. While the dough is fermenting, slice the cooked eggs and chop the cheese.

11. When the dough is well fermented, cut a hole in the middle with a knife.

14. Apply egg yolk liquid on both sides of the dough

15. Sprinkle some oatmeal

16. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
