Put the minced meat into a large bowl, add minced ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cooking oil, thirteen spices, and cornstarch into the minced meat, mix well, and stir in a clockwise direction. 5. After mixing the seasonings, add the winter bamboo shoots and chopped green onions and mix well for later use. 6. After preparing the filling, start stuffing the tofu. Take a piece of tofu and make a small hole in it. 7. Use a small spoon to fill the tofu with the meat filling. 8. After the tofu is stuffed with meat, try to clean the meat filling off the surface. Make sure the surface is smooth and stuff all the tofu according to the previous two steps. 9. Prepare a large bowl of water, add 2 spoons of light soy sauce and 2 spoons of oyster sauce and mix well. Mix half a bowl of water and starch and set aside. 10. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it, then place the stuffed tofu with the open side facing down and start frying the tofu. Fry on medium-low heat for two to three minutes. 11. Then switch and fry the other side for about two minutes. 12. After frying, pour in the large bowl of prepared sauce, turn to high heat, cover the pot and start simmering the tofu. 13. Three minutes after the water boils, change to medium heat and continue simmering for more than ten minutes. Open the lid and turn it over several times to allow the tofu to be heated evenly. 14. When only a small amount of soup is left, sprinkle in the chopped green onion and turn off the heat. 15. Place the tofu neatly on a plate. 16. Add water starch to the remaining soup in the pot and thicken until it becomes thick. 17. Finally, pour the soup on the tofu and garnish the surface with chopped green onions. 18.
