How to make Old Beijing Scallion Pancake

4.2 The dough sugar is ready and the scallion oil has cooled down. As shown in the picture, take two small spoons of scallion oil and add it to the dough.

5. While the sugar dough is being made, we can make the scallion oil filling (as shown in the picture). Put the other half of the chopped green onion into the scallion oil, add 10 grams of salt and a little dry flour, stir well, and the scallion oil filling is ready.

6. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll them into rectangles, and spread the scallion oil filling evenly on them.

7. Roll it into a long strip, then coil it from both sides to the middle, as shown in the picture.

8. Roll to the middle and put them together.

9. Roll into a thin pancake.

10. Put it in a hot pan and fry it on low heat until both sides are golden brown.

11.Haha, the crispy and golden scallion pancakes are out of the pan. The aroma of green onions was so strong that I swallowed several times.
