1. Prepare the ingredients. Soak the black fungus in advance and wash it for later use. Remove the tendons from the snow peas and wash them. Wash and slice the carrots. Peel and wash the yam and slice it for later use. Slice the onion, ginger, garlic, salt, chicken sauce, and water starch.

2. Put clean water in the pot, add black fungus, snow peas, and carrot slices, blanch and remove from water.
