How to make Souffle

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, the method of making Souffle is very simple. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

2. Before starting all the procedures, prepare the soufflé cup first, spread butter evenly on it, and then roll it in fine sugar so that the cup wall is evenly covered with fine sugar (I put it in the refrigerator for later use when the weather is hot).

3. Take the butter and cheese out of the refrigerator in advance to soften them, add them to the milk and melt over medium-low heat and then remove from the heat.

4. Add low flour and stir quickly. After stirring, heat on low heat until it becomes feather-like and remove from heat.

5. After cooling, add egg yolk and stir evenly as shown in the picture.

6. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice to the egg whites and beat at low speed. After big bubbles appear, switch to high speed and beat until the beater is slightly curved.

7. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk paste and mix quickly and evenly. Then pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining two-thirds of the egg whites and mix quickly and evenly to avoid defoaming.

8. Quickly and evenly pour the soufflé cup until it is 80% full. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
