How to make stir-fried Brussels sprouts

Therefore, it is wiser to cook it yourself. The method of stir-fried Brussels sprouts is simple and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Take 12 to 16 Brussels sprouts;

2. Half a red and yellow bell pepper; 1 small piece of onion; 1 clove of garlic, and some soaked black fungus;

3. Wash all ingredients, cut Brussels sprouts in half, cut bell peppers into small pieces, and slice garlic;

4. Put an appropriate amount of water into the wok, bring to a boil, add a small spoonful of salt and stir until it melts;

5. Add a few drops of oil, add the black fungus and boil for 1 minute, then add the Brussels sprouts and simmer for 1.5 to 2 minutes;

6. Finally, add the bell peppers and blanch them in water;

7. Heat the wok and pour in 5ml of olive oil; add garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant;

8. Add a little pepper and stir-fry evenly;

9. Add all ingredients into the pot and stir-fry for a while;

10. Add appropriate amount of salt and thicken;

11. Remove from heat and serve.
