4. Take a little black pepper powder and cumin powder, add an appropriate amount of seasoning powder (I used the original seasoning, you can use thirteen spices instead) and spread it evenly all over the chicken. Let the chicken stand for 5-10 minutes.

5. Add two slices of ginger.

6. Pour a large amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Steam the chicken for about 30 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken, it's done when it's cooked).
