How to make red bean paste filling:

Take red beans as an example

1. Soak the red beans in a pot for 2-3 hours;

2. Then take it out and steam it in a steamer;

3. Put it into the wok, add brown sugar and rock sugar respectively, and stir-fry until cooked. You can add appropriate amount of water halfway;

4. Stir-fry until the rock sugar and brown sugar melt and the red beans can be mashed;

5. Then remove from heat and continue stirring until the beans are broken into pieces.

Method 2

Production tools: Lao Fan stew pot, stainless steel filter, grinder, cooking pot.

Ingredients: 500 grams of red beans, a little sugar (according to your taste), and a small amount of cooking oil.

Production Process

1. Wash the red beans first and then put them into the pot (Lao Fan slow cooker), add water (to cover the red beans by nearly 2 cm).

2. Cook over high heat until it boils, then simmer over low heat for half an hour, then turn off the heat and place the pot in the rice cooker for 6 hours.

3. Take out the cooked red beans and put them into a strainer to filter the red beans. Put the filtered bean paste skin into a grinder and grind it into powder, then put it all together with the filtered fine bean paste.

4. Pour all the fine sand into a cooking pot (containing a little water), add a little sugar and stir, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat, add a little oil (a teaspoon of oil), and at the same time be sure to stir constantly with a spoon to prevent sticking to the pot. Add cooking oil two or three times before the water dries up. After mixing the bean paste and oil evenly, take out of the pot and place it in a suitable container to cool.

250g red beans, 50g sugar, 30g salad oil

1. Soak the red beans overnight and stew them in an electric cooker for 5 hours until the red beans are cooked;

3. Use a colander to scoop out some of the liquid and put water in the bowl below;

4. Place the colander and red beans in the water, and use a spoon to press and squeeze out the red bean paste.

5. After squeezing the red bean paste, filter the red bean water with clean gauze, squeeze out the water to get dry red bean paste.

6. Place 30 grams of oil in a wok, pour in red bean paste and sugar and stir-fry over low heat. After 1-2 minutes, the red bean paste will be ready.

7. After it has cooled, put it in a sealed bowl and refrigerate. Try to eat it within a week to ensure freshness.
