2. Fried pear balls:

Ingredients: 200g cooked glutinous rice, 50g red bean paste, 1 egg, bread crumbs, a little white sugar

Procedure: 1. Add red bean paste filling in the middle of the cooked glutinous rice and roll it into a pear shape. You can use your artistic imagination to create other shapes.

2. Dip the glutinous rice pear in egg liquid and breadcrumbs in turn.

3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the glutinous rice pears and fry them slowly over low heat until golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain the oil.

3. Bean paste and red dates:

Ingredients: 380g red bean paste, 1 bowl of red dates, 8 bowls of water, 2 monk fruits, a pinch of salt

Features: This soup is warm in nature and has the effect of nourishing blood.

Procedure: (1) Crush the monk fruit and boil it in water for 30 minutes, then filter out the residue.

(2) Remove the seeds from the red dates and grind them into a paste. Boil them in clear soup for 40 minutes.

(3) Add the red bean paste to the soup and boil it with the red dates. Add a little salt.
