1. Prepare the ingredients, weigh the flour, and prepare other materials.

11. Divide the dough into small pieces and place them on a baking tray. Apply a layer of egg liquid on them and sprinkle with roasted black oats. Place them in a fermentation box and ferment for 20 minutes.

12. Put it into the preheated 200 degree oven and bake it in the middle layer for 20 minutes

13. Let it cool naturally after it is out of the oven

14. After it cools down a little, break it open and you can see that the internal structure is delicate and the wire drawing is very good.

15. Prepare the ingredients for the hamburger. Cut the hamburger in half after it cools down. Wash the lettuce. Prepare the salad dressing and eggs.

16. Preheat the pan, apply a little oil on the brush, crack the eggs into the pan and fry them on low heat until they are golden brown.

17. Cut the burger and put the lettuce on it first

19. Add poached eggs

20. Put the other half of the burger on top. One burger is done. And so on.
