How to make Taigu cake

Office workers are usually too busy with work to take care of themselves, so they may choose to eat out, which can easily have a negative impact on their health over time. In fact, many dishes are very simple, such as the method of making Taigu cake, which is very suitable for making at home after get off work.

1. Prepare ingredients and weigh them.

2. Put all ingredients except warm water into a container.

3. Slowly add warm water and stir, knead into a rough dough, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

4. Divide into 6 equal parts.

5. Flatten and round the dough with your hands and place it in the baking tray.

6. Brush with a layer of honey water.

7. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds.

8. Preheat the oven to 200℃ and bake in an air-conditioned oven for 5 minutes. Then place the oven on a baking tray and bake in the middle layer at 200℃ for 10 minutes.

9. After taking it out of the oven, place it on a wire rack to cool.
