How to make sesame paste crepe

Some people say that whether a family is harmonious is related to whether the family members get together to eat. Indeed, cooking at home can allow the family to have more time together and can create a better family atmosphere. The method of making sesame paste crepe pancake is very simple and can indirectly allow the family to live together better.

1. Pile the flour on the silicone chopping board, dig a hole in the middle, and add appropriate amount of salt;

2. Knead the dough with boiling water. Pour water while using a spatula to stir and knead the flour and water to maximize the fusion. Do not add water when there is no obvious dry powder. After adding appropriate amount, use your hands to shape it into dough. The dough must be soft. After kneading repeatedly, cover with film and let it relax for 30 minutes. (I left it overnight, and it doesn’t need to be refrigerated in the room temperature in Northeast China)

3. Pour an appropriate amount of sesame paste into a bowl, add a little salt and pepper powder, stir and mix evenly. If it feels too thick, add some vegetable oil as appropriate to dilute it into sesame paste;

4. Apply a layer of oil on the chopping board, take a piece of dough, and roll it into a round and thin shape with a rolling pin;

5. Apply a layer of sesame paste evenly. I scooped the sesame paste with a spoon and spread it evenly with the back of the spoon.

6. Cut along a radius of the circle;

7. Take the center of the circle as the axis and roll it up little by little;

8. Finally, roll it into a cone shape and close the bottom of the cone;

9. Stand the cone upright and press down slowly from the top vertically, paying attention to arranging the shape while pressing, and try to make it as even as possible;

10. After resting for 20-30 minutes, roll it into a pancake shape with a thickness of about 0.8 cm;

11. Heat the pan, add oil, put in the dough, and bake over medium-low heat;

12. Observe the color changes around the pancake and on the surface. If it gradually becomes transparent, it means the side next to the bottom of the pan is cooked. Fry for about two minutes and turn it over.

13. After the other side is fried, you can serve it on a plate!

14. Open the cake, you will find many layers. It is very soft inside but the crust is very crispy. The aroma of sesame paste and pepper powder will intoxicate you!

15. Cut a few slices of carrots, match them, and take another beautiful photo. It was very dark, and under the light, the plate disappeared, and it felt like a flying pancake in the air...

The dishes in the restaurant are delicious, but as long as you put your heart into it, you can also make delicious dishes yourself. The sesame paste crepe pancake is easy to make and tastes pretty good.
