How to make crumbled pancakes

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt and five-spice powder (appropriate amount) into the noodles, boil the water until it is not hot, then knead the noodles to a moderate hardness.

2. Knead the dough until it is smooth, clean your hands and bowl, wrap it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.

3. Chop the green onion, add five-spice powder, salt and oil (appropriate amount), mix well and spread the dough (as shown below)

4. Spread the chopped green onions on the rolled dough.

5. Roll it up tightly and divide it into 3 sections

6. If you want more layers inside the pancake, twist it a few more times (as shown below)

7. Then roll it into a thin round shape (the thinner, the crispier)

8. Heat the pan with oil until it is 70% cooked. Put the rolled pancakes in the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.

9. Finally, cut it into the shape you like and serve.
