9. Pour out the oil in the pot, clean it, add white vinegar and sugar, and start to boil the sauce.

10. Boil until the sweet and sour sauce is thick, add shredded carrots, shredded green onions and coriander

11. The last step is the most important. I have always failed at this last step before! Boil the sweet and sour sauce until it becomes thick, pour the fried meat slices into the pan and quickly coat them with the batter. It will be even better if you can flip the pan! My arms aren't that strong, haha. In short, the faster the better! Otherwise it won’t be crispy!
